Online there are a lot of love handles exercises and you can try all of them. Unfortunately not all of them are effective enough, so you will just lose your time. Here are my favorite and most effective  exercises to lose love handles:

First exercise is called leg lifts. It is very simple to do and it doesn`t require additional weights. Just lay flat on your back, stretch your feet on a flat surface, but they should touch each other. After that keep your upper body relaxed, and lift your legs 5-10 inches off the ground and stay in that way at least 30 seconds. Then you should repeat the exercise 15 times to have bigger effect on you. Remember that doing this exercise you should feel tension only in your belly. If you feel tension in your neck or back stop doing the exercise and visit your doctor.

The second one is popular as standing twists. It is very useful for love handle removal because they are both aerobic and anaerobic. That means that they will get you nice, and also will have a very good effect on your muscles. So let’s move on. Stand with your about should width apart. Just be comfortable and also it should be sturdy. Try to keep your lower body the same during the exercises. Then raise up your arms like you are a boxer defending yourself. Then just start twisting left and right with your body, without moving legs. Do these reps as fast as you can do and try to do around 100 of these.
